Vintage - Paganne Sz. 14 Velvet Vibrant skirt

This lucky and lovely skirt is on its way to the lucky new owner in Italy! I am sure this skirt will turn heads there! Adore! Super Vintage Paganne Black Velvet skirt with a super vibrant colorful pattern. This skirt will be the talk of the room. I saw this in a local shop and could not deny it. Unfortunately, it fits my 13 year old step daughter who thinks it's uglier than ugly. Me - I'd wear it in a heartbeat if it fit. Oh well. Labeled as size 14 and dry clean only. Measurements are taken while the garment is laid flat and are approximate. The only sign of alteration I can find is the hook and eye closure on the waist was moved (pictured). 14" waist, 17" hip, 25" bottom hem (across), 40" waist to bottom hem. Fully lined, velvet skirt, there is an 18" slit up the right side of the skirt. I real vintage knockout if you ask me!
